We want you to love your Dazy Mail box as much as we loved putting it together!
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns: Due to the nature of our curated boxes, we can only accept returns on damaged or faulty items. We do not accept returns for change of mind
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t yet been dispatched. Once shipped, the order will need to go through the returns process.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days!
We’re just as excited for you to receive your Dazy Mail as you are! Processing: Orders ship within 2–3 working days. UK Delivery: Usually 3–5 working days after dispatch. Tracking: Posted via Royal Mail you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way 💌
Area: UK only (for now — international shipping coming soon!). Missed Deliveries: Returned parcels can be resent, but extra postage may apply.
