Refunds & Returns

 

We want you to love your Dazy Mail box as much as we loved putting it together! Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Returns: Due to the nature of our curated boxes, we can only accept returns on damaged or faulty items. We do not accept returns for change of mind 

 

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. 

 

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t yet been dispatched. Once shipped, the order will need to go through the returns process. 

 

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days! 📧 Email us at dazymailenquiries@gmail.com if there’s ever a problem 🌸
